I think once the dust settled on copler and it looked like they weren't going to go through too much litigation, especially after the independent review determined it was third party design faults, it's been seen as oversold and a longer term opportunity.
The Canadian's have certainly thought so over the past year.
Copler could even be back up and running this year by the looks.
