Steady as she goes vibe. Not record production but record cash returns - enjoying higher gold prices while now unhedged.
Comparative outperformances of the pcp can't be taken seriously because of the gold hedge removal. In the Dec 2023 Half they paid out $98m for the hedge, had higher development costs I think from a cutback at Tropicana, other waste-stripping, plus u/g development at Garden Well South. Also in the Dec Half pcp they were still paying into McPhillamys development and that's stopped this Half because of Tania's moral decree on behalf of mixed race indigenous people proudly practising their ancient cultural customs.
