Real time intraday scanning with Power Etrade?

Nizar, I think Power E-trade uses WebIress, if so, then I'm not aware of being able to scan.
That said, there are a couple of other things you can do and they can be checked out on a WI demo:
1. Use the "Market Activity" window (found under "Analytics" on the main tool bar) and that gives the top twenty that can be sorted by volume, value, %up OR %down.
2. Watchlists can be sorted by any of it's columns, for example, you can click on the "%" heading and it will sort the entire watch list by percentage change.
WI comes with some standarad watchlists including the "All ordinaries" and then the ASX 20, 50, 100, 200 and ASx indicies. And then you can set up a few of your own custom watchlists as well.
The help files are very good and are certainly worth checking out if you are new to WI.
