I trialled it and it's quite good. But I didn't want to pay for the ongoing fee.

I was also a little bit unsure about sending a a fair amount of sensitive financial information to a somewhat unknown entity. Plus being cloud based (and a relatively new, unknown entity), I have little assurance on the longevity of the product offering.

I ended up getting a licence of TopShare... which does 99% of what I wanted albeit manually and not cloud based. But I was really just after something that's more robust than Excel... so it was good enough.
