Yeah, I guess that's why I earn the big money in Vegas that I do.

No, no property forums ..... I pretty much know what's what, and it's not the sort of thing where you chop and change a lot.

What are you going to say in a property forum ?

JCK : June 2010 - Bought a 3 bedroom house in Paradise.

JCK : July 2010 - 1 month anniversary of my 3 bedroom house in Paradise.

JCK : August 2010 - I've owned my 3 bedroom house in Paradise for 2 months now. Put in a new hotwater system. I chose a Bosch.

JCK : September 2010 - 3 months, and the house is still standing, guess the tenants can't be TOO bad then.

JCK : October 2010 - Still own a 3 bedroom house in Paradise.

JCK : November 2010 - I must heartily apologise over my misleading statements about owning a 3 bedroom house in Paradise. I actually don't own it, the bank does, well 99% of it.

JCK : December 2010 - Now own 1.01% of a 3 bedroom house in Paradise.
