Opening offer of 0.01 on miners?

I noticed the opening offer across the board on miners in 0.01 whats the go here.. is someone trying to get out of all of these or is it a system glitch or coincidence ???

everything expires today - options and futures. I think futures expiry is earlier in the day - not sure as I haven't traded them for a while. Options on equities trade all day before expiry.
