Shouldn't the black guy leave the cop in the dust during the first 100 metres, never to be seen again?

Usually there is more than one middle aged white cop, and a chopper with infra red following, that's how they catch them.

Have you seen this one. This guy jumped out the car and was really scooting along but cornered himself and the fat white cop catches up and kicks him in the face.

Its always got me buggered why they treat people like bernie madoff like kings even though their crime ripped off billions and destroyed thousands of lives yet one dude who steals a stereo gets the puss beaten out of him. Someone could have atleast kicked bernie in the gonads and skull dragged him to the ground..
