New CommSec Interface

are people still on the old interface or is it just me?

like you.... I am unworthy of being given an upgrade. I asked them about it a few weeks ago, and told that I would get upgraded sooner or later. But could not give me a date. No idea on what I'm missing?!?

I am still on the old interface. I asked the comsec girl on Tuesday where the indice records were so i could see which ones were tanking the most. She started to tell me but the menu options she was referring to weren't on my screen. She was looking at the new format. This new format will be made available to all comsec clients in September.

I asked why wasn't I already on it. She responded "Because you are such a valuable client, we wanted to ensure all the bugs were ironed out before we upgraded you".

I could almost hear the cheeky smile in her voice. I told her she was now on my xmas list.

I got the new site last Friday and very impressed...cleaner, clearer, very intuitive and easy to get around.

I like the new look and feel.

When I asked the same question - the reply I got was "your setup is more complicated than other accounts. You will get it eventually"

If you were asking, I have 2 accounts linked to the same login - one margin a/c and one normal. Tell me how that is complicated?!?
