Need chart program + SMS news alert

I need a Free chart program and a Free service that alerts me news ASAP news comes out for a particular company, as well as price watch.
Is there there any freeones out there? if not what other ones are available?

I think such a service might not be free. Three '3' is providing a finance service, including charts, live quotes and news service. It costs a little...

Alternatively, you can get a wireless Internet service and download a program on your phone (assuming a newer phone ofcourse). This option might be cheaper than 3 one.

If you find one, do let us all know...
