My New Years Resolutions!

funny thing Doris - I never thought of this problem as being an Intellectual matter ... I just thought it was "secret women's business" ;)

That analogy is so true 2020!

The hunter male didn't stop to check out which roo was young and tender. He just threw his spear and voila! His family ate that night!

The gatherer female saw red berries and remembered where they were, to come back in a few days. She kept looking for black ones and voila! Her family ate that night!

Now today's guy wants black leather shoes, size 12. He finds a shoe shop. Finds black leather shoes, size 12. Buys them.

Today's girl checks out all the shops, looks at new styles, checks out the sale prices and remembers where each are. Makes a decision. Buys them.

Today I had narrowed my buy choices to RAU, EXM, or a tip from a friend last night... put HAO on your watch list. Well, my chart said EXM would break out if it went to .034, RAU had too many sellers just yet and HAO was 'a berry' I didn't know.

I was happy with my EXM decision until I saw RAU after close. Then HAO!
Hey. Many planets today amongst the stars in the red sky. My gathering got me a good choice. Tomorrow I'll remember and look at the new berry again. :)

Lol
all I know is that - given the selfish gene in all of us - people learn to eat the berries unripe/red or not at all - because if they wait for em to get ripe, someone else will have pinched em lol.

Likewise ..
You show a melanesian a ripe mango they wonder what the hell it is - they have become so used to eating the things green ;)

EXM - up 6% - nothing wrong with +6% on a day like today surely

wowo
RAU up 17%
HOA up 100% lol -
ah well - there's always tomorrow ;)

(I'm mainly in BHP and MAH - fwiw - slow and steady - like the story of the hare and the tortoise ;) )

PS you did berry well there doris.
tomorrow I'll see if I can spear another lump of old roo.

mind you the graphs are looking like a jumping roo and all -
hopefully more like the boy with the yo-yo walking up the stairs ;)

to spend more time on the internet

"INPUT INPUT" as Johnny 5 would say ;)

Short Circuit 1 Trailer

Number 5 and the Three Stooges

People who see their cup as being half empty CAN be focussing on what they want to fill it and set goals, not just being negative about what they don't have. :)

People who see their cup as half full can be complacent and not really be grateful for what they have. :(

I was reminded of the "see the glass as half full" theory recently lol

A couple of locals from Casino were being interviewed ...
"and how does it feel to be completely cut off from the world by floodwater " (all sides , i.e. island)

One winks at the other and they both say "heck, we reckon it's the rest of the world that's cut off from us !!" ;)
