something happened on this statement . Who bought the additional shares ?
Also this is one sleeping baby making passive money for LRS on its investment too
The ramper Next Investors could have contributed to fuel the price probably as well

Hoping find you well. Hit the market well on a high at open then *hit loads of cross trades on the system this morning during trading hours... to bring the SP down. Reckon the kremlins are jogging around abit today ...

and now,

Latin Resources shareholders will receive 0.07 new Pilbara Minerals shares for each Latin Resources share held and will own ~6.4% of Pilbara Minerals’ shares upon implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement.

at $2.85 for PLS, this gives an implied ~20c valuation on LRS shares.

Dona, I'm just wondering if this will trigger a capital gain for anyone holding LRS stock and if not and I sell my PLS stock when i get it, do i get taxed at the full 50% gain (if i sell within 12 months) ? This hasn't happened to me before
