Dona, I'm just wondering if this will trigger a capital gain for anyone holding LRS stock and if not and I sell my PLS stock when i get it, do i get taxed at the full 50% gain (if i sell within 12 months) ? This hasn't happened to me before

assuming you've held LRS for >22 months, and sell, you'd get the 12-month 50% discount on any CG. I think.

Reminder about the scheme:

All registered Latin Resources shareholders as at 7.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 14 January 2024 will be eligible to vote at the Demerger Meeting and Share Scheme Meeting. All registered Latin Resources’ option holders as at 7.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 14 January 2024 will be eligible to vote at the Option Scheme Meeting.
