Arguably, the most important man to all three religions of the book, or Cults of Abraham, was married to a half sister -his fathers daughter to another woman.
Sarai was Abraham's half sister.
He wasn't just saying that to put the Pharoah off track, although it didn't work anyway.

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful[18]
RECITE[19] thou, in the name of thy Lord who created;””
Created man from CLOTS OF BLOOD:””
Recite thou! For thy Lord is the most Beneficent,

Nay, verily,[20] Man is insolent,
Because he seeth himself possessed of riches.
Verily, to thy Lord is the return of all.

What thinkest thou?[22] Hath he followed the true Guidance, or enjoined Piety?
What thinkest thou? Hath he treated the truth as a lie and turned his back?
What! doth he not know how that God seeth?
Nay, verily, if he desist not, We shall seize him by the forelock,
The lying sinful forelock!
Then let him summon his associates;[23]
We too will summon the guards of Hell:
Nay! obey him not; but adore, and draw nigh to God.[24]
A very powerful message against fundamental analysis.

I have lost the direction of this thread!!!What is the point of posting something that looks like it has been doctored from an original??I`m sure if you are an Aussie (you did go crutching sheep or something to do with cattle didn`t you??) then the Qur`an would be just another book and of no interest.

The books mate are universal, torah, bible, koran.
All you have to do is pick a verse and get in to the , in to, in to the vibe, yes the vibe, and then it becomes clear.
Its a bit like The Castle.
And if you don't and the wrong folk come along then .... google sheep and torah or bible or koran, and see what happens.

For those who have lost direction on this thread perhaps this video will be better as it comes from those who know. There are some interesting translations for English speakers.
In the video the gullibility of the politicians in appeasement and denial as they look naieve in their delivery would be laughable if it wasn't such a serious topic. And who do they think they are in talking about what they do not understand?
The 21:35 mark is scary.
The 24:25 mark to the 27:30 mark is even more scary.
The 32:00 mark is rather scary.

It is not righteousness that you turn your faces towards the East and the West, but righteousness is this that one should believe in Allah and the last day and the angels and the Book and the prophets, and give away wealth out of love for Him to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and the beggars and for (the emancipation of) the captives, and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate; and the performers of their promise when they make a promise, and the patient in distress and affliction and in time of conflicts– these are they who are {rue (to themselves) and these are they who guard (against evil).

Now I'm no expert on the Koran, but may I ask any muslims who post to interpret the following.
I must state that I find aspects of the Jewish and Christian Testaments abhorrent, but I'd be interested in comments from Islamists and ASF members
K 47:004
Set 69, Count 136 So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them, then make (them) prisoners, and afterwards either set them free as a favor or let them ransom (themselves) until the war terminates. That (shall be so); and if Allah had pleased He would certainly have exacted what is due from them, but that He may try some of you by means of others; and (as for) those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will by no means allow their deeds to perish.

It's interesting that the Muslim cleric to whom this woman addressed her remarks could offer no defence of either himself or Islam, so he chose instead to condemn her as a heretic and a blasphemer of the Koran who was not worth rebuking.
I wonder if this forthright and gutsy lady has been condemned to death because of her courage and honesty in expressing her views about Islam.
Isn't that what usually happens to high profile people who speak out candidly against the Islamic religion?
