I've seen bits and pieces on this in previous threads, but what do you guys look for when investing in an exploration company?

1. Directors history
2. Financial capability of continuing exploration.
3. Reasonable chances of success.
4. Exploring for something that has potential for great returns into the future.

As examples NTU. BUL.
