I used to spend like 12hrs a day at the start(reading up on books and stuff) now its more like 3hrs(researching,placing orders and forums :D )

How much time do you spend on sharemarket?

cheers

Working a fulltime job makes it hard. But it really boils down to what you actually want from the market. These days approximately 5-6Hrs per day.

Spend very little time in front of PC placing orders. Anyone can do that. The bulk of the time is spent being patient, and waiting for the right trades to come along and doing my market homework in the meantime. What you put in is what you get out.

Generally don't participate in forums that much except the last 6 months as I have had a bit more time on my hands. Spend very little time researching fundementals and nearly all trading decisions are TA based

3 hrs a week tops.

One of the advantages of being a systems trader/investor.
