During the week - about 7 hrs a night.

Fri/Sat - usually 9hrs

Sun - around 5-6.

Average about 7. I reckon this is enough...

Staying up until 1am, would only make your brain slower the next day - all you traders!! Should be going to bed earlier, and updating yourself in the morning!

This has been my worst year ever for sleep. i think i've averaged less than 6 per night. Much improvement needed, even on holidays i'm struggling.

I started work at the start of the year. Been getting up at 5.15am every morning for it. Struggled for ages (was at uni last year: aka 10am wakeups or whatever).

Now I love it. Get to bed by 10pm most nights. But when up so early, seem to get heaps more done. And still have enough time when get home to do stuff. Miss all the traffic going to and from work too (in Port Melbourne, so traffic if working 9-5 would be hideous).

Haha yes that would be annoying. I find a book helps, sometimes I only need to read a few pages and it puts me straight to sleep.
