Help to work out SPP price

In regards to OSH's latest Share Offering. I need help to understand how the SPP price is worked out.

These are 2 points from the SPP Doco:
1. A $5.90 per New Share....
2. Oil Search's volume weighted average price over the last five trading days before and including the day on which the SPP closes, Friday 27 November 2009.

I understand both points (seperately) but not how they would come together to reach a final price for the SPP.

as stated being the lesser of
in other words if the vwap is more than $5.90 then the shares will cost $5.90
if the vwap is less than $5.90 you will pay that vwap
