Hi All,

I have spent the last few months reading bookings general trading, risk management, expectancy and trading strategies (Van Tharp, Nick Radge etc) and I now feel that I have a good understanding on this matter.

I am now ready to start focusing my time on learning technical analysis, but I am unsure of any good books/material that I can use to learn. I would rather one book or source then going from website to website learning bits and pieces. I originally had downloaded "Master the Markets" by Tom Williams, but I have just had a flick through and this seems to be more VSA then basic T/A.

Can anyone recommended perhaps a downloadable guide/ebook or recommend a title that I can start studying?

Thanks,

Steve

You are wasting your time reading about some method that you hope to shoehorn into your instrument of choice.

Get some cheap data and software package like incredible charts and play around. You will learn 1000000 times more.

IMO.

Thanks Trembling Hand - I agree with what you are saying, but I wanted to read an all in one guide that goes through the basic points/indicators. I have downloaded incredible charts - brilliant piece of software considering it is free.

Thanks,

Steve
