My prediction is that it will go down. With time it will go down a lot. 2014 is far too soon. Our government has too little debt, who knows they could come out with another FHOB or two. Fortunately it will eventually not be in a fiscal position to do such things and the falls will accelerate. Given Labor's commitment to surplus, that may already have happened until the next election at least.

Overall I predict at least 40% fall by 2020 and at least 60% by 2030.
