this is a thread explicitly for stuff that drives you nuts ......

could be next doors dog , could be you bosses nose picking habit.....

anything at all

what drives me mental is snooty buggers that judge a book by its cover ....

i live in shorts and thongs , I'm a bit rough around the edges .......

i often drive my beat up beach hack into town as thats the one with the keys in it at the time

Today i had to visit a certain Mr X from Geraldton city council to discuss something i am currently proposing as a business venture in the area .... lol i had spoken to Mr X numerous times on the phone and we could discuss the situation with respect and clarity ...... today hahahahah , we met briefly , he looked me up and down , and said he had to run to another appointment and could we continue the discussion at another time..

He is a fairly new addition to the Geraldton city council and this is the first time this has ever happened in ANY business or social dealings with the council .......

in fact in previous dealings /business with them , they have been courteous and respectful no matter what i was wearing at the time

just thought i,d post this as it annoyed me to tears

might have to wear my akkadakka shirt next time i think

Now i will have nightmares...Mr Nunthewiser in shorts and thongs...put a shirt on at least

DVD's drive me **** crazy!!

They scratch, skip and freeze and are designed to wear out in a couple of years.

What was wrong with VHS??

And children!!
They remind me of a fungus growing on the side of a tree, slowly sucking the life out of its host!! That includes all Generation Y! Get some nuts and move out! what are you 28??

And lastly bank fee's and general inflation!!

G

1) People doing 95km/h in the right lane on a four lane freeway EVERY morning I drive to work. It's ridiculous I have to take the left lanes to overtake idiots in the overtaking lane....

2) Slow moving people in crowded shopping centres

3) Slow moving people with prams in any crowded place.

hmmm I get the feeling I might need to relax!

You think thats bad - you obviously didn't live in the days of LP's!

Sh*ts me, but drivers who speed up when overtaking - its getting so common these days, I get a tired middle finger on a long trip.

Cheers

Harvey Norman ads are one of my pet hates.
Sometimes an ad break will feature four HN ads. The way those particular ads yell at me really drives me nuts. And then to add insult to injury they shout GO at the end of the ad.
Fortunately there's a mute button on the TV remote!

have you noticed that the tv ads are always louder than the show you are watching ??

sends me bloody nuts

Yeah Harvey Norman ads, speed cameras, outdoor anti smoking nazis, regulations and compliance every which way, absolutely, sportsmen as role models, celebrity reporting in general, mosquitos, bob brown and hummers.

Yeah, tonight, the show 2 1/2 men - ads very very loud, damn that's annoying!

Trainspotter - people in general?? Your not a terrorist in your spare time are you?

Cheers

LOLOL ... no propensity to want to drive a truck full of explosives into a building. I meant that in the nicest possible way. I try and avoid crowded places full of people. Like pubs and large shopping centres. Too many people gives me the irrits. Freaks me out.

Aha, I get your drift.

I'm the same, I see more than 3 people in a line & I'm outta there.

Cheers

Facebook and social networking sites.

Rude friends.

The maltese terrior next door.

Apart from that, i'm a pretty easy going girl :

Tourists, people who always take the path of least resistance, people who stop walking suddenly (see tourists), racism, arrogant disrespectful kids, press that panders to the lowest common denominator, loud tv ads, poor sportsmanship, politicians that panders to the lowest common denominator, unnecessary bureaucracy, incessant ass covering, people unable to make a decision, excessive ‘gamesmanship’, my nokia n95 (it does everything, just nothing particularly well), being required to remove shoes and take laptop out of bag at airports, babies on planes, people blaming the “GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS” for everything, the global warming religion, English cricket fans, unions, lawyers, my credit department, blackberries (and those that are addicted to them), unnecessary emails, useless waiters, useless waiters that then expect a tip, waiters that don’t open the bottle of the wine at the table, photocopies that never work, loud annoying ring tones, ticketmaster, loud neighbours, the BBC, the fact that germans get to go through the express line at UK immigration and the Aussies have to wait in the long queue with the rif raf, trying to business with Russians, West Aussies complete distaste for change (daylight saving, extended trading hours), trying to merge in Perth, revenue raising speed cameras, people who call but don’t leave voicemails, oversized women that are inappropriately dressed in public, crowded beaches, people who litter, double standards, people that abuse sports officials, people that shirk responsibility, things that just don’t make sense, meetings without a conclusion, visas tiny little countries that are excessively difficult, costly or time consuming to obtain.

That’ll do for now J

I can't see the point in a GPS that only works on a day where there are no clouds and only if you're not moving - that's if it can get a fix on you before you give up and book yourself into an old peoples home.

That's why the iphone is so popular in my book. It just *works*
