eSignal - registration issues

I have registered for eSignal over a week ago but have had no reply or log in details from them.

Is this the norm ?
 
Once you have paid for the subscription you will have access. If you have paid then common practice is to immediately contact them if no service is forthcoming.
 
Yeah Ive tried to register and just keep getting taken to a screen where it says a sale support will contact me within 2 days but nothing yet :)
 
Yep Australia number no longer recognised :-(
I will wait for the US to come online later today and see if there chat starts working.

Just looked at their site - do they do an ASX real time feed (not listed from what I can see)

But having real problems getting someone to talk to and tell me how
 
Had all sorts of Issues with E signal.
Getting bills for data I didn't sign up to.
Getting bills monthly for over a year after I cancelled sent endless emails
called ----

Gave up didn't pay so now I cant get anything from them.
Ferking useless!
 
I've been using esignal asx live feed with amibroker for years. Data quality has been good. Only had connection issue once. But I agreed their support isn't convenient since their Australian office phone supoort removed.
