Just point out that yesterday when I posted it looked like EDV would close to a lower low but it recovered on the day and is doing something similar today. So with a second hammer candle shaping up today the case is strengthening for a rally in my view - short term speaking. It still seems a bit pricey to me, only because of the company's high leverage, but I guess a decent and reliable income stock that will attract some at this price?

4.18 late in the day, down 7%. Has been back to 'base' @ 4.10
1H25 not good. Can't work out with a skim why result deteriorated so much at the bottom line. They mention some restructuring costs.
Still seems a safe dividend stock?

had a quick glance at the CVs of the current directors , restructuring MIGHT mean dressing this up for a take-over acceptance
i sold out of this in January 2024 @ $5.52
good luck holders , but i am gone .. given the HPI take-over is now compulsory and CWN is gone , it looks like i am out of the hotel stocks ( unless i find a minnow at a good price )
