Position closed. Just over 5yrs. This is pretty much the starting point.
Return = +/- 17.45% compounded. Which is a little below my 20% benchmark.
The whole point of the exercise was to argue that re-investing the dividends and some strategic buy/sells outperforms just holding static the shares.
This could have been further improved by selling Options against the shares. Which I did not do. Had I done so, I should have made the benchmark+ especially where there are now so many weekly expiry Options.
