Have you asked Richard at Norgate? Email him - he will bend over backwards to help you if he can.

You can use The Downloader in Metastock to convert data from Metastock format to Excel .

Hi Vito,

DataTools (the futures updating program) comes with an in-built ASCII CSV translation mechanism. CSV files can be opened directly in Excel.

Click File -> Translate Database to Text Format, select which contracts you want to convert. By default they are stored in C:\Text - just navigate there with Windows Explorer then double click on the CSV file to open it in Excel.

Let me know if you need any further help.

Cheers,
Richard.
