Just a reminder to have the phone number for ComSec and a/c details handy or have conditional orders in place before the open in case the website crashes again.

comsec seems to have upgraded..
the new system is great i cant see anything aside from the side menu bar!

HTTP 404
Most likely causes:
-There might be a typing error in the address.
-If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
-You might be trying to use comsuck

Seems dead now.

It is majorly irresponsible of them. How hard is it to upgrade your server / provide more bandwidth?

Dead for me. Home page is there, but nothing beyond log-in. Ridiculous. It smells of conspiracy to me... keep all the plebs off the market at dangerous times.....class action anyone????????????
 
I'm able to get individual quotes but can't see watchlists. Was able to put in a order though
 
even doing that wont guarantee you get through

consider the volume they would have on their phones today

i am thinking -- if comsec has a majority share of retail investors and no one has access to trading that may stop the market from any further downfall maybe? cause panic sellers have no access - market recovers then stop panicking maybe?

Agro, put my order in and it was up in the screen in the usual time. Everything is working fine for me except watchlists.

Website not working, and no one picking up the bloody phone

Would you believe that Westpac Online Broker is working???

Now all their website is saying is: SERVICE UNAVAILABLE
 
Mine still down at this time, very very piss poor service.
 
I cannot login either, and as i am mandated to use commsec via esupefund, most unsatisfactory. time 10.30
 
Click enough and you can sometimes get something up.

They are having all sorts of trouble. I had an order that looked to sell on open. Its not in my executed list and theres no sign of it on the market. Still sitting there in my outstanding orders.
 
How long does it bloody take Comsec to sell? I wanted to close out of my final positions today, I pressed At Market, went through - it's 30 minutes later and it's still sitting At Market!
