No - there is no such thing as a rug store that isn't having a sale. I don't think there is a rug store on this planet that is't having an 80% off / its all gotta go sale
Just shop around untill you find the one you like, then haggle!
i attended an importers warehouse sale many years ago - full of collectors/investors - high value & perfect quality rugs - in the right market (now) you could get some decent prices, but id assume no bargains, as these folk are very serious about their rugs.
