a bit like a high school i used to clean , sure most of the students were white but the education slid off like water off ducks back

( even their teachers couldn't understand the graffiti )
 
I noticed the China 2 key Ali Pay and WeChat pay.
While in China, I was WeChat pay 95% of the time, and getting paid back that way when reimbursed etc
I think it was fee less, also enabled things like bill sharing,etc.
But fully tracked and at will of gov.
There was also always complete mobile data coverage all over the place
 
But its still classified as a Developing Country.
Given the rate of mobile coverage in OZ, we should be even lower on the classification list.

Be careful with your choice of words there mate, "Monkey Script" could be interpreted as a racist term, which I am sure you weren't intending it to come across like that.

Not at all. It basically means that we grow stuff and dig stuff out of the ground and very little else (except bid up house prices to the stratosphere)

Words are important, son.

Did you mean " there, mate, " or as you have written " there mate " in your reply above to @farmerge .

There is a world of difference in Australian syntax. I do like that word " mate " as used in the Australian vernacular.

i remember when Australian climate policy was to turn Australia into 'the Great Australian Carbon Sink ' ( and radioactive waste storage facility )

but now 'growing stuff ' raises nitrogen emissions , methane emissions and carbon emissions endangers the ecology ( especially the feral species .. like bureaucrats ) and i won't even start on digging stuff up ( without the use of child-labour )

and we have plenty of economic complexity here .. i could retell the saga of digging a dam ( one metre deep ) on a rural property not much economic efficiency but plenty of complexity
 
I am not sure I understand the nuance you are trying to explain to me.

I chose the word mate to make my message appear friendlier, I didn’t want it to be misconstrued to come across as harsh or that I am having a go at him. I just wanted to point out that some people would read what he wrote as a racist slur, which hopefully is not what he intended.

But, complexity<>complication.

No intenional hurt was implied. I could have said 3 year olds scribble. Unless someone can interpret to one of thousands of Asian dielects, I guess a punt would be what ever the English version says on that there box
