hmmm wander if Heritage Bank would have live chart data/trading as I do banking with them

What exactly do you need in terms of data? Bid/Ask, obviously, and market depth (usually ?) comes with it. You can't get that from SelfWealth, therefore some 3rd party account/subscription is needed. Should be obtainable from Westpac Broking for free, but you will need to open an account there.

Do you need live dynamic intra-day charts? That's $50 per month or more. Also requires an account.
And what's this about Heritage Bank? Instead of SelfWealth? I'm confused now.

ok will put it in simple words for you
selfwealth - already have an account only has live trade bid data - other data is 20mins delayed
i need a live chart showing live data as it changes as it comes in live - was thinking maybe Heritage Bank could help me with an account or i could find an online subscription for the data

Have a look at Bullcharts as they have a live data option for the ASX.
 
I know this thread has been inactive for a while, but does anyone know of an ASX level 2 provider - that allows United States clients to sign up.???

So far everything that has been suggested above required Australian residency.
