It is getting quite cosy at the top of the comp. Time for all the older members to take out the Brut or Avon and splash it about.

Only 2 trading days to go ....... Market Index is showing in the XAO only 55 stocks went up today. XSO went down -3.07% today whereas the ASF Team only went down -1.58% so not as bad as I thought it could've been. There a good fight for the lead but @thmpl is 1st, @UMike has timed it to perfection, now 2nd. @Iggy_Pop 3rd is giving everyone a chance now after such a big lead. @brerwallabi had a great day today up 26%.

There is still hope for a few for the top prize so looking forward to see who takes it out on the last day of trading tomorrow in the August Comp. ASF Team's average up 1.53% did better than the XSO up 0.97% today.

At the moment @thmpl SYA 43.59% still has 1st Place and @Iggy_Pop LKE 38.27% hasn't given up and has grabbed 2nd Place back again. @UMike TYR 32.12% dropped a little today to be in 3rd Place now.

Still quite a few sniffing around to grab some prize money if there is any weakness in the top 3. Let's see what your got GG .
Today's flyer was @bux2000 GTR up 25%?️ today and even more during the day but lost a couple of nuts (wheel) at the end .

"a couple of nuts" been called worse and yeh the GTR done good........few teethin problims to work through though, me mate in back squirtin water on the reactor to keep it cool had only one thing to say " the retractable garden hose we got from Bunnings has limitations"

I have to head out soon and won't be back til probably after dinner so I can't update the finish (comparison chart) until then. At the moment there is close tussle between the Top 3 so I still don't know who the winner is. Good Luck all.

 
Congratulations to thmpl, UMike and Iggy_Pop for taking out the top three spots in the August 2022 stock tipping competition!

thmpl finished in first place with an outstanding 51.28% return with SYA! In second place was UMike who achieved an impressive 47.88% with TYR. Rounding out the top three for August was Iggy_Pop who selected LKE, which returned an enviable 44.44%.

End of the August Monthly Tipping Competition Chart with the journey of all entries. Congratulations @thmpl, @UMike and @Iggy_Pop, some nice picks in a rough month . Nice finish @barney .

Over the 3 days this week XSO went down -0.99% while ASF Team went up 0.77% . Joe's done the wrap up so I'll leave it here and wish everyone all the best in the September Comp .
