My advice to that author is dissolve the marriage and the $350k p/a that came with it, remarry a dole bludger and then claim the child care subsidy. Too easy. Why not? Everyone else with a sense of entitlement does. While she's at it she can pump out more centrelink fodder and really rake in all that free money and some of it will be sponsored by her EX's taxes from earning $350k p/a.
