Great. I also have too. traded a coupe of times picking up medium profits. Will b an interesting week coming I feel. PLS seems to be maintaing green while others flounder in the red.
 
Been slowly trading, cautiously of late, but managed to get back on board the PLS train at day's end today.
Just require a positive response from the bloke in the mirror in regard to Monday's trading and another lift in the SP also on Monday for a tidy wallet filler.
 
Three months in and no trades done this year, just two purchases added to my portfolio.
Three stocks sold off will claim capital loss.
Over reliance on China and commodity boom prepared to wait, some days now don’t even look at the ASX or portfolio it’s not supreme confidence it’s more confident humility as I comfortably numb.
 
not me , liable to be as busy as the proverbial one-armed paper-hanger ( in Beirut )

will be mostly reducing ( money going into a tangible asset ) ( slashed the portfolio close to 10% last Friday )
 
When most or all of hte eggs are in the one basket (China) eventually something will break. How many times were we told always spread the lolly around so that if something does goes bang then not all is lost. I can remember so clearly this being preached at us during high school all those centuries ago. A lesson that was not wasted on me.

Mr Divs likewise now only holding the preverable penny dreadful HIL and PLS. rest of the moolah garnished now sitting safely in a interest earning safe bank account, awaiting for the right time to do a release.

i will be keeping SOME shares , but the bank will only be a stepping stone ( for a month )

maybe i have a gem , or maybe just a different roof over my head , but crime is escalating in the city ( even the outer suburbs ) time to get some space ( between neighbours )
 
That was partly our reason making a move to farming 43 years ago. Though we do have our fair share of oxygen thieves in our midst. must be the dummest of the dumb as the cops check on them daily and it's not for their health
 
Getting no joy from the ASX today. Fortunately have more suitable things to do than sit and scowl at the screen looking at lots of red !!!!!
 
picked up some ABP today , even though i am still trying to get a grip on the storage shed divestment ( am hoping they will throw out some ASK shares , instead of cash

added extra RFF on Friday

just small nibbles though
 
not much happening for me yet either , two maybe three outside chances at a nibble

and yesterday was a zero transaction day for me as well
 
i keep looking at MTS but then remember the burnt hands last time so am adverse ( so far ) at even throwing in a low-ball buy order
 
No trade tomorrow .. then a clear run to Xmas after that

I like to check BBOZ from time to time (traded this once many moons ago and was run over, never attempted it since) It's a good gauge (to me anyway)

Huge difference in market depth if we compare Commsec, Westpac and Nabtrade. The latter shows a lot more to what is shown in the other two platforms.
