Here's a couple more I've spotted recently.
Mixing up floored and flawed:
It's a flawed argument, not a floored argument.
Mixing up sort and sought:
Something is highly sought after, not sort after; and she's a good sort, not a good sought.
...though a good sort is definitely sought after!
Also, it's grammar, not grammer.
