AW come on TH haven't you ever wanted to do some stand up!

At least they know their audience isn't going to get up an walk out!
Could be worse we could get a sermon!

Cathay.

Nice hosties on Vietnam Airlines. Hmmmmm. :)

Never fly TACA! (Take A Chance Airlines) :banghead:

Singapore airlines have great service and has never been delayed for me. I'd have to say Garuda Indonesia is probably one of the worse out there.. I don't think its ever been on time.. :p:

The service offered by Qantas to Adelaide internationally is quite pathetic - no direct flights anymore.

The service to Adelaide is pathetic full stop. I have read a few threads here about how hard it is to get upgrades and the like... try from Adelaide where we only get a couple of flights a day and on the little planes... you have about 2 reward seats to fight over if you want to go Business BARF!

I have to agree that the Q club is a free for all now too (Eastern states), way too many people, it is just as good to stay outside now. Although club is free for me now, and the Adelaide club is actually really good.

The way l see it, once Virgin join Star Alliance, it's bye bye QF!

An ex-QF Head Honcho (John Borghetti) is now running Virgin Blue. So, he knows all QF weakness and can exploit it to bring DJ up to scratch. DJ will be a great airline once they introduce J Class and join a decent worldwide network.

l'm a QF Platinum myself and think that the OW lounges are superior to Star Alliance. But, Star Alliance has so many more options and availability! You'd be hard pressed to find a J seat on QF during any busy period.

As for FA's, LAN Chile have the hottest one's l've seen in my travels.

Not loyal to any one in particular. Have been on a variety, but would have to say the best was a Thai Airways international flight.

Accrue Qantas FF points with the credit card which gives enough for flights for the 6 of us once about every 2 years to somewhere. Taking off very soon o/s using points for all of us, but this was booked some time back.

I'm interested to hear about whether direct earn into Qantas is the best FF to belong to from a credit card point of view?

Domestic is only virginblue, and I will pay more if I have to.
If it wasn't for them then qantas would be gouging us on the routes, just as they do on routes with no virgin competition.

International = singapore airlines, or Lufthansa.
