Release Candidate, if no significant bugs are found within 5 days from today this version becomes official release.

I've installed it. Haven't done much with it yet, but it hasn't changed much since 4.99beta which I've been using since it came out.

I'm using Ami 4.90.5 and would need some pretty speccy new things to be released for me to change, as I've barely explored anything on there.

So are there any new features?

The new (unlimited) set of watchlist features is nice.

I use it to put in all 4 GICS levels on the ASX, index constituents, index constituents by GICS levels (around 1200 watchlists in total!).

For features in the new version. If Monte Carlo turns up I would not be surprised if it was treated as a separate add-on.

at present it does not. You have to export the report out in Tradesim format and load it up and then run tradesim.

No - AmiBroker v5 doesn't have a Portfolio Monte Carlo Simluation in there yet.

I downloaded the test version and had a play on my virtual machine, look ok to me, no issues found. This was on a vista machine.

Works well here too. Note that when you buy it you get all upgrades/fixes for 12 months.

No real problems for me so far either.

However, it should be said that "glitches" and "all ok" are very subjective terms, as the hundreds of defect issues listed in the tracking system will testify to.
