Whats interesting today thow that what supposedly everyone laughed at her policies years ago about immigration today people are quietly agreeing as they see more and more immigrants which are in turn doing nothing for our society but bleeding it dry.

My grandfathers started to like her and they were immigrants from Italy, but they could see all the bums coming in from different parts of the world doing nothing for this country.

At the end of the day everyone is a immigrant except for the original abos.

Thank goodness that One Nation fell just marginally one seat short of going into coalition with a Queensland National/liberal government. And to be handed portfolios like Police, Prisons and Aboriginal Affairs etc..

Nobody,but nobody speaks for the entire nation. however there were/are a lot of people agree with the principles that Pauline preached. Do do you think there is another reason why Abbot and Co worked so hard to discredit her?:)
 
Pauline Hanson had no political skills, was catapulted way beyond her comfort zone and was rightly cut off at the knees by Tony Abbott.

Her xenophobia and poor diction did much to make Australia a laughing stock during her brief time in the limelight.

John Howard was derelict in not opposing her more forcefully but politics dictated that he keep her constituency on side.

The poms are welcome to her.

John Howard's distaste for Ms Hanson didn't stop him adopting what she espoused, albeit in a more sophisticated form. He simply recognised that what she said struck a chord with a portion of Australia who would have otherwise voted Liberal.
 
'Divide and Conquer' was their motto.

I am glad to see the back of both of them.
