Victoria is named after a Queen who didn't believe in Lesbians.
Vic is the realm of mossimo turtlenecks, cafe latte, grand final day and big horse races.
It's capital is Melb whose cheif marketing pitch is "it's livable". At least thats what they think. The rest of Oz thinks it's too bloody cold and wet.

Down south we have have Tassie, a state based on the notion that if the family bonks together, they stay together. In Tassie, everyone gets an extra chromosome at conception.
Maps of Tassie brings a smile to the sternest of faces.
It holds the record for a single mass shooting which the yanks can't seem to beat no matter how hard they try.

Dont forget Batman negotiated with the Indigneous people by giving them a couple of blankets in exchange for the city of Melbourne. And Truganini was the last Indigeous survivor in the isle of Tassie.

At least the yanks didnt wipe out all of the Native Americans.

So, where do you think is the best place to live and why?

Amusing post btw

Probably our other state NZ.

NSW. The realm of pastel shorts, macchiato with sugar, thin books read quickly and millions of dancing queens.
The capital, Sydney, has more queens than any other city in the world and is proud of it.
It's mascots are Bondi Lifesavers who pull their speedos up their crack to keep their left and right side of the brain seperate.

WA is too far from anywhere to be relevent. It's main claim to fame is that it doesn't have daylight saving because if it did, all the men would get erections on the bus on the way to work.
WA was the last state to stop importing convicts which many of them still work in Govt and business today.

I've been there and understand the grief caused, but it's fact. Can't live in the past or we'd have Australia Day in May, or sold down in Nov 07, or dumped RIO at over $100, Or god help us, voted in Dr John Hewson.....need to move on.
I understand where you are coming from though.

And Queensland was the birthplace of systematic permit system apartheid. Im glad I didnt have to register my 'breed' with the government authorities for a travel permit back in those old days.

Fair enough FG, move on. We cant let some history get in the way of facts! ;)

Anyway heres a lovely place in OZ.

What happens post op? Do they sew up the extra hole, or is that where a third arm can go? :p::p:

WayneL

The best thing to do, is to check either side of the head near the collarbone region for a scar. Usually as a rite of passage, Tassies must remove one head when they come to mainland.

:D:taz:

P.S I have met a few Newfies from Canada who have their own unique experiences too!

I have my suspicions about some parts of Wales as well. There is a rumour of sheep genes having worked it's way into the DNA there.

Alan Bond the infamous signwriter was from WA. I wonder if he will be doing anymore SEEK ads.

Always been sus about WA, they didnt even sign the Federal Constitution! Just kidding! But nontheless true!

Have worked with a couple of Sandgropers from WA.
Definitely a place worth visiting.

I much prefer this one.

Im in Aus at the moment, but depending on the job situation will be looking to move to Europe eventually as I am a dual citizen.

Im 100% pure twin-head. Here's what the jumper will look like when they finally let us into the AFL.

That is the funniest tassie joke I have ever seen. :D

I lived/worked at cradle mountain for awhile and it was always fun giving the local bumpkins grief.

Currently living in Bundaberg but looking forward to moving north soon.
