So they are buying The Star Vegas on the border to Thailand.

This deal transforms the company, the will have a much larger market cap when the deal is done.
At 6x EBITDA it will be really interesting to watch the over the next few years.

DNA seems to be reasonably share holder friendly so far. We are offered a non-renounceable spp for 10 shares for every 21 @$0.60.

considering I entered a position at 54.5c on the 22nd, the offer at 60c is not attractive/making much sense
so I will stick to the ones I have unless I can sell above 60c before offer expires
am I missing something?

Your decision on the offer should be based on the market price vs the offer price. Your entry price previously has nothing to do with it (except for tax consequences when you sell).
The fact that they got the insto offer away at substantial premium to last traded price means that it will likely trade above that price when it re opens.

Any one following DNA ? It is also a gambling share but not in China so insulated from SKC and CWN saga.
One of the major shareholders (Thai Partner) put $1 Million on 20 Oct to buy heaps of shares at 41 cents.
How come market did not ask why ? Any guess from the folks ?
I saw an opportunity to gamble and bought a small sample at 41 cents too. It drove down to 40.5 cents today as well. Was debating between SKC, CWN and DNA (already recommended by Bell Potter as buy) .
Intrinsic value of DNA is much higher than market price and so far the lowest was 37.5 cents against a highest price of 88 cents.
So no over night richness - wait and see.

My pick in this months Comp, just a quick pick with a hope it might jump a few cents. Plenty of volume and if it can get over the 10 cent mark I might have a chance.

It's a major speccy that seems to have been pumped and dumped by HC ramping, yet maybe some more ramping or good news on the casino front may send it into the teens.

The amount of investment the key promoter has done does show he is a big stake player like Kerry Packer excepting not getting same outcome so far
