Hi, I am looking into crowdfunding real estate. Anyone invested in this and have experience or advice you can offer? Any real estate people have advice to offer? Seems like most projects you can invest in are apartment blocks – isn't there due to be an over-supply of these? Yes, the property market has gloom around it, which is why I'm looking at this rather than traditional real estate – I'm happy to loose $1k rather than $100k.

- Do you find the investment returns any better than stocks, etfs, term deposits? I've done some P2P investing and after fees the returns are not that better than a savings account.
