10 years? The current ones still, probably. China and India are tasks that will take longer than 10 years due to the sheer size. So, Western Europe, North America, and places like Japan, South Korea, and Singapore will still be at the front.

South Korea seems to be at the forefront, followed by Japan, Germany and France.
