Which broker for first trading account?

I'd like to trade Index Futures especially the DAX after work and was looking to open an account. I was hoping to go with IB but they demand a minimum 100 trades prior. As this is my first account that isn't possible.

What else is out there?

Well ....... If you were not told and believe like most people that CFDs are "futures" then I guess you could be forgiven for claiming you have made 100 prior trades.
