If one owns shares in a company that does not distribute dividends, therefore no franking credits, what kind of tax implications are there?
Where and how do you find out about companies dividends, whether they are franked, fully, partial etc?
None, you can't pay tax on dividends which are not paid. You only pay tax on capital gains (price rises on shares) when you sell them.
