Where can I get free historical S&P500 data?

Howdy

Does anyone know where I can find free historical data for the S&P 500 index? I've checked http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=^GSPC but for some reason I continually get a "Historical quote data is unavailable for the specified date range" error message.
