It does seem that this has been an ongoing question for several decades now. Now that we are staring down the the barrel of constitutional change in this regard, it would seem to be prudent to define aboriginality, even as the the government attempts semantical acrobatics on this point.
Yet, the Parliament (via the crossbench) refuses to address it.
So, what does it mean? What is an Aboriginal?
