I met a lovely person whilst doing rounds.
He is a deaf-mute.


I am considering learning to sign.

The only volunteer work I do is teaching medical students.

I find it great as many of them are more up to date in areas that aren't my "chosen" fields, and we teach each other!! I think some older people don't recognise that the door swings both ways in education.

I would like to become more involved in other areas in the future though.
