Gold is predicted to continue it's rise, less so under Trump than Harris. The $USD will make a positive difference to Australian gold holders in $AUD with the projected rise in the $USD. The NY Times says Trump has a 70% chance of winning at this point in time so lets wait and see.

The Foxnews guys see a narrow path for Harris to win.

The money is still on Trump.

Bloomberg says too close to call in the 3 states ( Blue Wall ) Pennsylvania , Michigan and Wisconsin.

Both up just over 0.8%.

Looks like it's bad for gold.

I thought the theory was that Harris was just going to spend, spend, spend, thereby kicking the debt can down the road and therefore be longer term good for gold.

A Trump win, I didn't know. Looks like short term negative.
