Unsecured margin loan?

Is there any such thing as an unsecured margin loan whereby I can borrow money without an underlying security?

I think you need to ask yourself why any financial body would lend money without any collateral.

If the answer is, "No-one would be that stupid" then you have probably answered the question you have asked.

Of course there are always credit cards (but your investment return had better be fantastic else bankruptcy looms) or personal loans however even they require some form of surety, such as your salary.
