Ultimate Stocks charting software

I have noticed some charting sorftware on EBay and was wondering if anyone had any experience with it. Ultimate stocks is all in one package and covers Elliott Wave, W.D Gann Volatile Stocks, EzyTrader, Bollinger Bands, Never Ending trends, Channel trader, Stock Market Simulator and a data downloader.

Is sold with no warranty??
