Thought for the day

It is a 'lived' through Déjà vu for many with the gold price tantalisingly shining bright
but a big black cloud overhead. Will there be a rainbow or not?

Yes, indeed he replied. My thinking is to let them ask me questions to see how knowledge-based they are in their content and also wonder why they asked that question then question them on that.

He is a master of the sleight of hand. Three cups and a gold coin under just one. You have 12 goes guessing, so the law of averages is with you. Ah but the master makes sure thou has no chance each time nothing and every time it's under another one.

He, the master, arrives every day and it happens again and again. The mugs arrive once more. I'm conning you ha ha ha he cries. But still, they come to win the prize.

One day on a foggy night he falls down a hole but this time no mugs in sight.

Is it depression or can't be bothered? Most things we do are pathetic but many think it is great. Sports betting is a waste of time and a mugs game for those who feel it is great but it is useless pathetic and stupid. Those who follow their team and I've found Americans and Canadians think it is a great thing to do. Is it pathetic? no. But those who own the teams and many billionaires love you to squander your money and governments rake in taxes galore so they cheer and follow a team pretending it is so important. When should you think like this? - only when you feel pathetic and stupid and have nothing important to do. Life is a full circle going round and round until we fall off the merry-go-round - so there it be stupid me.

“If you want to know who controls you, see who you’re not allowed to criticise.” This is how comedians accidentally reveal a society's hierarchy—they call everyone naked, and soon discover who the king is.

Wikipedia is not a profit-making company though it struggles at times to avoid being a loss-making one. It survives because it does pay some individuals to maintain very high standards as it would fall well below par if it were left completely to the whole world to post on only. A flaw it has is that some articles, for instance, Robert Baden-Powell, have a large group of unpaid people worldwide to defend it deleting anything posted even if relevant and true.

COVETING TOMATOES
Gardening forces me to acknowledge that rootedness is about specific conditions – not perfect ones. When God wrote the first draft of his kingdom, a set of rules for the nation of Israel, he underscored his tenth and final warning, “Do not covet,” seven times: “you shall not covet your neighbor’s tomatoes. You shall not covet your neighbors wife's Tomatoes, or his male or female servant watering the Tomatoes, his ox or donkey carrying the Tomatoes, or anything that belongs to your neighbor especially his Tomatoes.”

and such was God's omniscience, he only allowed tomotoes to grow in South America then spread to Mesoamerica, until the conquistadors took the fruit to Europe in the early 1500's.

Do you sometimes feel you are being talked down to especially in an email when you see them as people, or indeed robots, who should be looking up?
