Think twice before you print!

Very interesting article, makes you wonder what other electronic devices used in the home and office do the same.

My hard-drive casing could give an imprint of my foot. :D

Just put tiny yellow dots on anything you dont want traced. Better still; make the whole background yellow or use yellow paper. Frank Abignale ("catch me if you can") eat your heart out. :p:

But they use a special torch that lights up the dots. Your yellow paper probably won't light up.

Sounds like a load of bs to me, like those tons of emails you get warning about things like syringes on theatre seats, then you see a note saying you have aids now......
to start with the printers would need ot be loaded with this special ink, and what happens when this runs out, do you go ahead and replace the ink cartridge....hahahaha

Actually, this one is genuine. The work was done by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) who are a reputable group and have done a lot of behind the scenes work to protect all of our privacies.

Enjoy the benefits if your Copyright property is protected and print black and white low resolution, then scan it and do it over again or better try to memorise if you happen to be on the other side of fence.

Not advice, I do not have qualifications as printer and I do not have much to do with anything I am just happy to be :)
