The delisting process

Hi all

What happens when a company is not travelling that well and it has no money.

Who decides the company is to be deslisted.

Is there a timeframe etc

Given that there are many that buy into these specs thought it would be interesting to know how it plays out.

In the scenario you mention, the ASX can suspend and later delist if it doesn't meet listing requirements.

The directors of the company can have it delisted.

If it is truely broke, the receiver or liqiudator can also.
